Women's Ministry

With focused teaching on Bible Study, prayer & fellowship our goal is to help women grow closer to God – closer to each other- which will in turn help us all to reach out to others. By stressing the importance of the Word and the Holy Spirit in all that we do as well as daily devotion, prayer and worship, spiritual growth will give women the strength to thrive. Connect to God- connect to other women- connect to our community.

A small group Spring & Fall Bible Study (20 or less) that focus on renowned Biblical Teachers. We meet in a home environment on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm, so great fellowship develops throughout the studies. We usually have a teaching video, work-books ($15.) for follow-up, and prayer requests given for the week. The meeting lasts 1 1/2 to 2 hours, plus extra time for fellowship and questions for anyone interested.

An Equipping & Teaching Bible Study is offered on Thursday mornings at LCF in the church library, consisting of a time of teaching & discussion as well as prayer & ministry.

This usually involves a guest speaker and a social gathering. This takes place in LCF Fellowship Hall. Occasionally, a special  event would include a restaurant outing, a movie night or even a home invitation.

Dorothy Wells offers a timely anointed message, plus there is great fellowship!  Women’s Retreat is a good time to get away, get with God and enjoy fellowship with one another.
